By creating an account or using SES Suite, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses and their representatives.
SES Suite is a cloud-based inventory intelligence and management platform designed for inventory-driven businesses using QuickBooks Online. The service includes real-time inventory sync, reservation tracking, expiry management, and product location management.
To use SES Suite, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
SES Suite offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time.
SES Suite integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize us to access your QuickBooks data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your QuickBooks account remains active and properly connected. SES Suite is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into or sync with SES Suite. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, including QuickBooks Online or Microsoft Azure.
SES Suite and all related software, designs, and content are owned by SES Suite and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SES Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
You may cancel your account at any time from within the platform or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
