Data Controller & Processor

For users in the EU, SES Suite acts as a Data Processor for business data you sync from QuickBooks Online, and as a Data Controller for your account information (name, email, company).

• Legitimate interest — to improve platform performance and security
• Consent — for optional communications

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure in the United States with:

• Encrypted storage (AES‑256)
• Encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+)
• Strict access control
• Daily backups

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days unless required by law.

Sub‑Processors

We use trusted third‑party providers to operate SES Suite:

• Microsoft Azure — hosting & infrastructure
• Sentry — error monitoring
• Intuit — QuickBooks Online integration

International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred outside the EU. All transfers follow GDPR‑compliant safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
