SES Suite is a cloud-based inventory intelligence and management platform designed for inventory-driven businesses using QuickBooks Online.

When you connect your QuickBooks account, we access and store business data (items, invoices, customers, vendors) solely to provide our service. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than operating SES Suite on your behalf.

We store QuickBooks access tokens securely and use them only to sync data at your request. You may revoke our access at any time from your QuickBooks account settings or from within SES Suite.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Sentry)
• Intuit Inc. as required to operate the QuickBooks integration
• Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
